In high school and college, students face increased academic demands. Many students develop study skills haphazardly, leading to gaps in understanding and ineffective approaches to learning. Students with focus and executive function challenges particularly benefit from additional structures and support to maximize their academic potential. Understanding how the brain learns best; developing a strong toolbox of effective organizational and study strategies; and receiving executive function support empowers students to be more effective, efficient, and confident learners.
